ART ESSAYS /

In addition to art reviewing, Trinie writes monographic essays regularly. These range from editorial, to art historical, to short story, to poetry, always with an eye towards expressing the artist’s work in text through hybridity. She works directly with artists to make these assignments as meaningful to artists as possible. Artbook publishing is alive and well, and she’s proud to be a part of this world.

2018 releases include texts for Aaron Curry (Hatje Cantz/Bass Museum), Chris Martin (Skira),, Mark Grotjahn (Anton Kern), Sam Falls (JRP Ringier), Jessica Jackson Hutchins (Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center), Tannaz Farsi (Linfield College), Adam Miller and Nora Shields (Left Field Publications), and more.
